Cut DSC_0213 2Garin has gained extensive consulting experience in Shanghai, Sydney and London. He has successfully delivered projects to organisations such as IBM, US Embassy to Shanghai, Ebay, Age UK, Bosch, Macmillan Cancer Support, Emmaus UK, Lenovo, Citigroup, Visa and Westpac Bank.

He is accredited in a wide variety of psychometric and behavioural development tools including Myers Briggs Step I & II, DiSC, Human Synergistics’ Organisational Culture Inventory (OCI), Group Styles Inventory (GSI) and Life Styles Inventory (LSI). Garin is a qualified Level A Occupational Tester, accredited by the British Psychological Society.

Tony Crouch

Tony is an expert in helping managers and boards effectively direct and control their businesses. Using a blend of training, facilitation consultancy and coaching, Tony supports clients in the areas of strategy, company policies, risk management systems, financial management and internal control.

Tony brings a wealth of experience to the Outstand consulting team. Following a distinguished career at Unilever, one of the world’s leading suppliers of fast-moving consumer goods,  he became Senior Bursar for Jesus College, Cambridge. Throughout his successful 30 year career at Unilever, Tony held a number of finance director and managing director roles. This included senior roles in the United States, Pakistan, Zaire and Hong Kong. Tony is recognised as a thought leader in the field of Risk Management. He  led Unilever’s corporate-wide risk management programme across 80 countries with a combined turnover of Euro 40 bn.

Tony’s skill is in taking complex legislation and theory and presenting it in a simple, practical and outcome focused way.

She has worked extensively across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East delivering large scale projects with some of the world’s best known companies.  In addition to her vast consulting experience Mel has an MBA from Edith Cowan University Australia.
